Breakfast: Banna, mixed berry smoothie
Lunch: A carrot, cucumber, tomato, 2 slices of ham and 3 small pieces of tiger bread
Snack: 8 feijoa’s
Dinner: 3 slices of roast pork, one potato, once kumara, one pumpkin and half a cup of mixed veges
